Implementation Engagements

Your assessment told you what's broken.
An implementation engagement fixes it.

Every company's assessment results are different. One company has broken lead handoffs. Another has order-to-cash chaos. Another needs their entire reporting layer rebuilt. You can't fix operations with a pre-packaged solution designed for someone else's problems.

Implementation engagements are scoped from your assessment findings and delivered in focused 2-week blocks. Ifeanyi works directly with your team via Google Meet on the specific operational failures your assessment identified — and delivers documented, measurable progress at the end of each block. On-site delivery available.

How Engagements Work

1

Your Assessment Defines the Scope

Whether you completed a Pulse Check, Deep Dive, or Full Methodology engagement, your results identify exactly which operational areas need work, in what order, and with what urgency. The assessment findings become the implementation plan — no discovery phase needed.

2

We Agree on Priorities for Each Block

At the start of each 2-week block, we align on what gets tackled. This might be redesigning a lead handoff process, rebuilding forecast alignment, standing up a reporting layer, or training your team on new workflows. Each block has defined objectives.

3

Hands-On Implementation, Not Strategy Decks

This is execution. Process redesign, system configuration, workflow buildout, data cleanup, team enablement. The assessment already provided the strategy — the implementation engagement makes it real inside your organization.

4

Review, Measure, Decide

At the end of each block, you get a documented summary of what was accomplished and what changed — measured against your assessment baseline. Then we decide together whether to continue with the next block or whether the objectives are met.

Typical Engagement Scope

Your assessment results include a recommended engagement length based on the complexity of your findings. Here's what's typical for each assessment tier:

After a Pulse Check

2–4 weeks typical

The Pulse Check identifies which arms need attention across 27 metrics. When results point to a clear, focused problem — one or two arms significantly underperforming — a short, targeted engagement addresses the specific operational failure directly. No deeper diagnosis needed.

After a Deep Dive

4–8 weeks typical

The Deep Dive's 70 metrics and category breakdowns reveal specific operational failures within each arm. The engagement scope is precise — you know exactly which categories scored critical, which coordination patterns are broken, and in what order to address them.

After the Full Methodology

6–12 weeks typical

The Full Methodology delivers a 12-month roadmap with phased priorities. The implementation engagement follows that roadmap directly — Ifeanyi already facilitated the sessions with your team, knows the people and the problems, and starts executing from day one. The $1,500 methodology fee is credited toward your first block.

Who's Doing the Work

Ifeanyi Chukwudebe built the RevOps Octopus Methodology from 25+ years of enterprise operations leadership across enterprise software, SaaS, analytics, and AI companies. He ran international operations across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. He built the assessment engine, the scoring methodology, and the coordination intelligence framework.

Implementation engagements are delivered by Ifeanyi directly. Not a junior associate. Not a subcontractor. The person who built the methodology and reviewed your assessment is the person working with your team — via Google Meet or on-site. Travel and expenses quoted separately for on-site engagements.

This means engagements are limited by capacity. Ifeanyi can run 1–2 concurrent implementation engagements. If you're ready to move on your findings, the conversation about timing starts now.

Haven't Taken an Assessment Yet?

Implementation engagements are most effective when they start from a diagnosis. The RevOps Octopus assessment gives both you and Ifeanyi a shared, quantified understanding of where your operations stand — which makes the engagement targeted and efficient from day one.
