Extended engagement discount: Engagements of 4+ blocks (8+ weeks) are $3,750/week ($7,500 per block). Diagnosis-led: The facilitated diagnosis is the first phase of the engagement — the findings scope everything that follows, so implementation starts with no separate discovery phase.
On-site engagements available. Base rates above are for remote delivery via Google Meet. For face-to-face implementation at your location, the following line items are added:
