What I Do
I specialize in revenue operations — the systems, processes, and coordination layer that connects Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Order-to-Cash, and the teams in between. My work spans fractional and contract engagements, scoped implementation projects, and full diagnostic-led transformations.
I've run this function in full-time roles and as an independent operator. The work is the same either way: understand how the revenue engine actually functions (versus how it's supposed to function), find where coordination is breaking down, and fix it with process, systems, and measurement — not slide decks.
I built the RevOps Octopus Methodology — a diagnostic framework measuring 207 metrics across 8 operational arms and a coordination brain — because the problems I kept solving in each new role had the same root cause. The tool I wished existed, built. I use it in client work and make the self-service version available for companies to run their own diagnostic.
